SPRING TRAINING INFORMATION
Practice Information
- The Spring Season will run from March 25th-June 3rd.
- Registration will close on MARCH 11th.
- Practices will be held at the Palmyra High School Turf Field. The optional practices will be held at PA United Sports (202 Piper Circle Annville, PA 17003).
- We do not hold tryouts; everyone will make a team. We will evaluate the players during the first three weeks of season, then we will pick the teams for the season.
​- Each age will practice once a week with an optional second practice during the week.
- U8 will practice on Tuesday's from 5:30-6:30 pm at PA United Sports. They will participate in an In- House Tournament at the last practice.
- U10, U12, and U14 will practice on Monday's from 6:30-8:00 pm at the Palmyra High School Turf (Awaiting Board Approval, it could change).
- U16 and U19 will practice on Wednesday's from 7:00-8:30 pm at the Palmyra High School Turf (Awaiting Board Approval, it could change).

- U10 Optional Practice- Thursday's from 5:00-6:00 pm at PA United Sports.
- U12 Optional Practice- Thursday's from 6:00-7:30 pm at PA United Sports.
- U14 Optional Practice- Tuesday's from 6:30-8:00 pm at PA United Sports.
- U16 Optional Practice- Thursday's from 7:30-9:00 pm at PA United Sports.
- U19 Optional Practice- Tuesday's from 8:00-9:30 pm at PA United Sports.

-PA United is run by Bri Price ( 3 Time National Champion at the University of Maryland, All American, State Championship at Palmyra High School, Coached Hershey to their first State Title, Named High School Coach of the Year and PA Coach of the Year).
- The entire PA United Coaching Staff has played high level field hockey (all played D1, D2, or D3 Field Hockey). They all have numerous years of coaching experience as well!
-At PA United we focus on advanced stick skills, game knowledge, attacking and defensive skills, and corner execution. We focus on a positive environment while having fun, working hard, and being successful at practices and tournaments.
Tournament Information
- U10 will play in three tournaments at Spooky Nook. Each Spooky Nook Tournament is $70.
- U12, U14, U16, and U19 will play in three tournaments at Spooky Nook. Each Spooky Nook Tournament is $70.
- Our top U12, U14, U16, and U19 team will participate in the Shooting Star Jamboree tournament at Delaware Turf on April 13th- 14th. The tournament fee is $200. We will name these teams at the beginning of the Spring Season.
- Our Top three U14 Teams will participate in the Limelight Tournament at Spooky Nook at the beginning of June (Dates are not announced yet).
- Our top four U16 and U19 teams will participate in the Limelight Tournament at Spooky Nook at the beginning of June (Dates are not announced yet). This is a very large recruiting tournament for our older players.
Practice Times and Days
- U8 will practice on Tuesdays from 5:00-6:00 pm. Please scroll below for additional U8 Information.
- U10 will practice on Monday's from 5:00-6:30 pm OR Wednesday's from 5:00-6:30 pm.
- U10's optional second practice: Friday's from 5:00-6:00 pm @ Frozen Ropes.
- EACH PLAYER will be given a specific day and time to practice on October 16th. You must attend the practice slot you are given.
- U12: Monday's from 6:30-8:00 pm OR Thursday's from 5:00-6:30 pm @ Frozen Ropes. They will also practice on Sunday Afternoons.
- U14: Tuesday's from 6:00- 7:30 pm OR Wednesday's from 6:30-8:00 pm @ Frozen Ropes. They will also practice on Sunday Afternoons.
- U16: Tuesday's from 7:30-9:00 pm OR Thursday's from 7:30-9:00 pm @ Frozen Ropes. They will also practice Sunday mornings OR Sunday evenings.
-U19: Monday's from 8:00-9:30 pm OR Wednesday's from 8:00-9:30 pm @ Frozen Ropes. They will also practice Sunday mornings.
- GOALKEEPERS will practice with their age group. We also host a Goalie Only Practice on Thursday's from 6:30-7:30 pm @ Frozen Ropes. This is run by our goalie coach, Savanna Lenker.

Practice Fees
- U8 Practice Fee: $200
- U10, U12, U14, U16, and U19 Practice Fee: $265
- U10 Optional 2nd Practice Fee: $225
- U12, U14, U16, and U19 Optional 2nd Practice Fee: $250
- The Practice Fee is due in full by March 18th. You will not be able to practice until you pay for the spring season in full.
- You can send a check to 46 Mockingbird Lane Palmyra, PA 17078 (check made out to PA United Field Hockey).
- You can pay with venmo to paunitedfh
- You can also pay by credit card with a 3 % service fee. Please let me know if you prefer to pay with credit card, and I will get it set up for you.
Uniforms
- You only need to purchase a uniform if you are new to the club. Returning players can order a new uniform top, skirt, or socks if you need a larger size or new uniform.
Uniform Pricing (Under Armour Uniform):
$180- Uniform tops, skirt, socks
$205- Uniform tops, skirt, socks, pinnie
- Uniform payment is due the first week of practice.
- Each player will need an outdoor field hockey stick, shin guards, and a mouth guard for the Spring Season.
U8 Information
- The U8 program is designed for players in kindergarten- 2nd grade. They will not need a uniform.
- We will practice on Tuesday's from 5:30-6:30 pm at PA United Sports (202 Piper Circle Palmyra, PA 17003).
- The U8 season will consist of 10 practices.
- We will have our first practice on March 26th and will have our final practice on May 28th.
- The fee is $200.
